Delivery, Terms and Conditions

All orders are aimed to be dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of receiving your order.

On rare occasions where the 24-48 hour weekday dispatch timescale is not possibe we will always try to contact you using your email supplied or telephone number supplied.

Standard UK delivery is via Royal Mail first class service. Although their aim is next day delivery it is not guaranteed. Royal Mail state delivery may take up to 5 working days.

If you require a guaranteed delivery date we advise using our premium next day or Saturday Special service.


UK standard delivery costs £2.95 per order. It is only available for UK postcodes. Although normally as a guide it is a next working day service, this is not guaranteed. You are advised to allow 5 working days for this service from dispatch, as per Royal Mail guidelines. We aim to dispatch your order within 24- 48 hours of receiving your order, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Standard Delivery is sent by First Class Royal Mail Parcel Service. Please provide an address where your parcel can to signed for to ensure timely receipt and that we know it has been safely received. We will send you a dispatch email explaining how and when your parcel has been sent. This delivery time is a guideline from Royal Mail.

Party Sashes recommends that if your party or event is less than 2 working days away to select our premium next working day service (£5.95), but please note that delivery is only on weekdays.


Orders over £30 receive FREE UK delivery and these are sent by Standard Delivery as explained above. If you need a guaranteed quicker service than this then please make this selection at checkout and a charge of £5.95 or £12.95 will be added to your order, depending on which option you choose.

OPTION 2 - UK NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY - £5.95 (Mon - Fri orders before 1pm)

Our UK next working day service is guaranteed to attempt delivery within 1 day after dispatch by Party .This delivery method is £5.95 and is only available to UK Postcodes. This is available Monday - Friday with orders being placed before 1pm. We will REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY. Saturday & Sunday are not classed as working days so if you place your order after 1pm on Thursday, your order will be dispatched Monday and delivered attempted the following Tuesday. Deliveries are made between 8.30am - 6pm and are made by Royal Mail or our courier. Your order will be dispatched the same day if placed before 1pm. All deliveries using this service MUST BE signed for so please provide a suitable delivery address.


We offer a Saturday delivery service to mainland UK residential addresses. All orders must be placed no later than 1PM on the preceding Friday and will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a guaranteed delivery attempted service between 8am and 1pm on Saturday. All deliveries using this service MUST BE signed for so please provide a suitable delivery address. Please also note that this service can only be used to mainland residential UK addresses and NOT Business addresses.


The cost for delivery to Europe & The rest of the World is £6.95 for a standard parcel and is sent by Air Mail. If your parcel weighs higher than the standard rate costing £6.95, we will email you to inform you of the difference to be paid before dispatching. Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery. Delivery timescales are only an indication. Delays including customs delays do on rare occasions occur and Party Sashes will not refund delayed items outside our control. If you need your items on a quicker service, then please call for a quote as we can send them Internationally by courier, but only when a quote has been given a paid for.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are outside the UK, you must opt for the overseas postage option at £6.95 as we are a UK based site. Even if your order is over £30, you must still pay postage as the FREE postage is for UK MAINLAND & UK POSTCODES ONLY.

PLEASE NOTE that we will not refund for orders & delivery charges for failed deliveries due to incorrect delivery addresses given. We will also not be able to issue a refund if you have not selected the correct delivery option, for standard deliveries you will need to allow 24-48 hours for us to process the order and up to 5 days for delivery.

Prices, payment and VAT :

All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order then no questions asked, you should call or email us as soon as possible after ordering. However, if your order has already been printed or collected by the courier for dispatch or sent by post, unfortunately we CANNOT provide a refund for your order. If your order is still processing, we will send you a refund for the amount you paid, less a £2.50 administration fee. We do not provide refunds for sashes that have been received unless there is a fault or an error has been made by Party In this instance, we will happily re-print your sash/sashes or provide a refund for the faulty ones. Any discrepancies must be reported with and dealt with within 48hrs of receiving your sashes. Unfortunately we cannot rectify any reported errors after this time.

If you are unhappy with the products you have received, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Delivery charges are not included in any refund unless otherwise agreed with Party Sashes. Unfortunately requests for refunds/returns after 7 days after delivery or for used products will not be considered.

Please note that our printed sashes are NOT suitable for machine washing.

Non-acceptance of an order

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions above.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions
