Terms and Conditions

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours (Weekdays & excluding bank holidays) of placing your order for Standard Delivery and on the same day for Saturday & Next Day Delivery Services if your order is placed before 1pm (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 1pm for these 2 services will be sent the next working day. We will always contact you if there is going to be a delay for any reason, but this is most unusual.

OPTION 1 - UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £2.95

This option is for UK postcodes and the cost is £2.95 per order. You MUST allow 3-5 WORKING days for this service. We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Standard Delivery is sent by Second Class Royal Mail, Second Class Recorded Royal Mail and Royal Mail Parcel Service. Please provide an address where your parcel can to signed for to ensure that we know it has been safely received. We will always state in your email update to exactly how your parcel has been sent. This delivery time is a guideline from Royal mail.

Party Sashes Recommends: If your party or event is less than 2 working days away, we strongly recommend our next working day service (£5.95), but please note that this is weekdays only to avoid any potential disappointment.

FREE DELIVERY - ALL ORDERS OVER £30 - UK ONLY

Orders over £30 receive FREE UK delivery and these are sent by Standard Delivery at £2.95. Please see above for full details of this service. If you need quicker service than this then please make this selection at checkout and a charge of £5.95 or £8.95 will be added to your order, depending on which option you choose.

OPTION 2 - UK NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY - £5.95 (Mon - Fri)

This delivery method is £5.95 and you should allow 1 working day for delivery to UK Postcodes. This is available Monday - Friday Only and will REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY. Saturday & Sunday are not classed as working days so if you place your order after 1pm on Friday, your order will be delivered the following Tuesday. Deliveries are made between 8.30am - 6pm and are made by Royal Mail or Fed Ex. Your order will be dispatched the same day if placed before 1pm. All deliveries using this service MUST BE signed for so please provide a suitable delivery address.

OPTION 3 - UK SATURDAY DELIVERY SERVICE - £8.95

We offer a UK SATURDAY delivery service. All orders must be placed no later than 1PM on a Friday and will be sent be Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed before 1PM on Saturday. All deliveries using this service MUST BE signed for so please provide a suitable delivery address. Please see additional charges at Checkout. Please also note that this service can only be used to Residential UK addresses and NOT Business addresses. UK Mainland Only.

OPTION 4 - OVERSEAS DELIVERY SERVICE - £6.95

The cost for delivery to Europe & The rest of the World is £6.95 for a standard parcel and is sent by Air Mail. If your parcel weighs higher than the standard rate costing £6.95, we will email you to inform you of the difference to be paid before dispatching. Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery. Delivery timescales are only an indication. Delays including customs delays do on rare occasions occur and Party Sashes will not refund delayed items outside our control. If you need your items on a quicker service, then please call for a quote as we can send them Internationally by Fed Ex, but only when a quote has been given a paid for.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are outside the UK, you must opt for the overseas postage option at £6.95 as we are a UK based site. Even if your order is over £30, you must still pay postage as the FREE postage is for UK MAINLAND & UK POSTCODES ONLY.

Prices, payment and VAT :

All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT of 20%.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order then no questions asked, you should call or email us as soon as possible after ordering. However, if your order has already been printed or collected by the courier for dispatch or sent by post, unfortunately we CANNOT provide a refund for your order. If your order is still processing, we will send you a refund for the amount you paid, less a £2.50 administration fee. We do not provide refunds for sashes that have been received unless there is a fault or an error has been made by Part Sashes.Com. In this instance, we will happily re-print your sash/sashes or provide a refund for the faulty ones.

If you are unhappy with the products you have received, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Delivery charges are not included in any refund unless otherwise agreed with Party Sashes. Unfortunately requests for refunds/returns after 7 days after delivery or for used products will not be considered.

Non-acceptance of an order

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions above.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions

Along with many other Mail Order companies we occasionally make our customer lists (not telephone numbers) available to other carefully selected companies so that they can mail you with information on products or services that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive these mailings please tick the opt-out box on the Registration page or phone or E-mail us at anytime and we will adjust our records accordingly.
